Astros owner Jim Crane and Nationals owner Mark Lerner will join local government officials for the ceremony on the 160-acre site between Haverhill Road and Military Trail.

The ceremony is tentatively scheduled for 10:30 a.m. but that could change.
Also in attendance will be Astros general manager Jeff Luhnow and Nationals general manager Mike Rizzo.
Monday also is the start of the annual weeklong general managers meetings, which are being held at the Boca Raton Resort and Club.
Land clearing on the site could start today or tomorrow, said Giles Kibbe, general counsel for the Astros.
Palm Beach County is expected to assume ownership of the 160-acre site this afternoon when closing papers are signed on a land-swap deal with the city of West Palm Beach.
The teams plan to open the complex in January 2017. The project will cost at least $144 million.
